Introduction
GP practices receive a lot of communication from patients, hospitals, and other medical bodies. My role is to make sure all paper and electronic correspondence gets to the right place, and that records are updated accurately so everyone involved in a patient’s care has the right information. I joined the practice in 2011 and work full-time.
