I am currently a full-time apprentice completing my Level 3 business administration and I am gaining knowledge within primary care, I will be working for the next 15 months.

Gail

Introduction I make appointments for patients answer phones, issue prescriptions, book interpreters, deal with queries from the public, GPs, other medical bodies etc and deal with any issues at the front desk. I joined Prospect Medical Group in 2007 and work full-time.

Introduction Usually, I’ll be one of the first people you speak to when you call or visit the practice. As reception team members, we work to get patients the help they need as quickly as possible. We might ask about your issue so they can get you to the best person.

Introduction I answer the telephone to book and cancel appointments, issue prescriptions, book interpreters, and e-mails, and receive and send tasks. I’ve been at Prospect Medical Group since 2013, having worked at the RVI before.
